The Experience
Salesforce's Partnerforce team is looking for a social media and community strategist to serve as the primary voice of our partner ecosystem across social channels and the Partnerblazer community. In this role, you'll own content strategy and editorial direction, build authentic engagement at scale, and connect community insights to broader partner marketing goals. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Own the Partnerforce social ecosystem end-to-end — including content strategy, editorial direction, channel management, and performance reporting — while serving as the primary liaison to the Partnerblazer community
Lead the development and execution of multi-format content (written posts, video, graphics, newsletters, and interactive formats) using AI-assisted tools, with full editorial accountability before publication
Build and lead employee and partner advocacy programs, synthesizing community feedback to inform partner marketing strategy and represent the community's voice internally
Design and run platform experiments, interpret results, and make strategic decisions about what to scale — collaborating with partner success, demand generation, and events teams to connect community initiatives with business goals
You're Our Person If...
You have 4+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or content marketing, with a track record of owning channels and producing multi-format content
You can analyze social performance data and translate insights into clear content strategy recommendations for senior stakeholders
You have strong editorial judgment and experience reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality before publication
You have demonstrated experience building and sustaining authentic relationships with B2B or partner communities at scale
Even Better If...
You have hands-on experience in video production, graphic design, or multimedia storytelling
You have familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel sales, or B2B marketing environments
You have experience building or scaling advocacy programs from the ground up
