As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Brand and Content Team, HBO Max EMEA.
Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day administrative tasks (such as finances and general operations), helping with presentations and campaign materials, and supporting the coordination of brand campaigns across EMEA. You will assist with tracking timelines and assets, keeping documents and trackers up to date, and working with different teams to gather inputs and support campaign delivery.
As part of the Brand & Content Team, your areas of responsibility include:
Assist with scheduling meetings, taking notes, and following up on action points
Support the coordination of EMEA-wide campaigns across multiple markets, helping to keep timelines, deliverables, and teams aligned
Track project timelines and deadlines, and follow up with markets and teams
Help manage and update central trackers (e.g. campaign status, deliverables, budgets)
Assist in creating presentations, marketing campaign decks, and creative development materials
Follow up with cross-functional teams (PR, Social, Media, Legal, Finance) to gather inputs and keep materials up to date
Help maintain and organize shared folders and internal documents
Assist with creating and tracking POs, onboarding vendors, and following up on payments
Support the preparation of post-campaign reports by collecting visuals, social results, and inputs from markets
Provide general administrative support to the team, assisting with ad hoc tasks and day-to-day coordination across projects as needed
Our requirements:
Ongoing Marketing/Media/Business studies
Previous experience in marketing is a plus
Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
Outstanding PowerPoint skills
Flexible mindset, ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Interest in the streaming industry, entertainment brands, content marketing
A genuine, enthusiastic, and passionate fan of pop culture and new trends with familiarity and excitement for our content and product
Interest in brand building and campaign management
Strong affinity for creative ideation
Available to work from the office at least one day per week to facilitate in-person local team collaborations
