About our role:
Displayed pay range (base salary) is a guide and local market specific. The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on skill set and professional experience assessed throughout the interview process: EUR 72.500 - EUR 111.375
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Darmstadt (hybrid working model).
The position holder is responsible for Marketing Skin Care in EMEA Distributor markets: Implementation of "Win in Skin" Strategy which incl. the includes (a) development of a long-term brand expansion roadmap leveraging existing distributor network and (b) definition & deployment of annual Brand/Product/Trade Mkt Plans and GTM strategies for the brands Bondi Sands, Bioré, Curél. The role holder will report into Ass. Director Marketing & Commercial Planning Consumer Care, Export EMEA.
What you will do:
- Define annual Brand/Product/Trade Marketing Plans for Skin Care brands in EMEA Export portfolio (Bondi Sands, Bioré, Curél) delivering against NS and BP budget / K28 targets; based on global and regional strategies and plans adjusted to distributor market needs and model.
- Develop long-term brand expansion plans for the entire distributor network within the EMEA region based on evaluation of growth potentials in EMEA Distributor markets to accelerate long term growth on basis of K28. Assess the operational requirements and set up trade flow process and efficient "ready to implement "expansion G2M strategies and toolboxes for new brands within Export EMEA.
- Deploy strategies, plans and brand activation plans incl. all relevant assets ("toolboxes") incl. campaign assets, e-comm assets, capability trainings, education concepts, etc. to distributor partners (through conferences, regular meetings, email communication etc.) and monitors the implementation is in line with defined brand equities.
- Develop GTM strategies for distributor markets incl. price positioning, distribution and marketing activation based on global strategies and distributor market maturity and investment levels.
- Sands, work closely with Regional Marketing Skin Care and align strategies and plans and provide feedback on specific needs.
- Training & guideance of local Marketing team members to ensure consistent brand look & feel across export markets in line with Global Brand guidelines as well as facilitate Best practice sharing amongst distributors.
What you will need:
- University degree in Business / Marketing; ideally with an international focus.
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing; preferably in beauty industry.
- Experience in strategic planning and market / consumer data analysis.
- Experience mix in local & regional / global role.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and strategic skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Open to other cultures
- Excellent skills in verbal and written English.
- Systematic and structured way of working.
