Demand Generation Manager

Jobgether · US

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demand Generation Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of a high-growth B2B SaaS marketing engine, responsible for turning strategy into measurable pipeline impact. You will own end-to-end demand generation campaigns designed to attract, engage, and convert technical and business buyers across complex sales cycles. Working in close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and external agencies, you will shape how campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized. The environment is fast-paced, data-informed, and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on experimentation and performance. You’ll be expected to bring original thinking to campaign strategy while ensuring operational excellence in execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building scalable growth programs from the ground up.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution across multi-channel campaigns including paid media, email, webinars, and content syndication
  • Build, optimize, and scale nurture programs and conversion funnels across the full buyer journey to increase qualified pipeline
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and funnel efficiency
  • Partner with Sales Operations to enhance lead scoring, routing, attribution, and overall funnel conversion performance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure tight feedback loops between campaigns, follow-up, and pipeline progression
  • Work with Product Marketing and agencies to translate positioning into high-performing campaign messaging and assets
  • Leverage modern tools, including AI where appropriate, to improve efficiency while maintaining strategic oversight
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, with demonstrated pipeline impact
    • Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, CommonRoom, Gong, or similar stack)
    • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, ABM principles, lead scoring, and conversion optimization
    • Proven ability to independently design campaign strategy rather than solely executing predefined playbooks
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear actions
    • Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting and performance storytelling
    • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
    • Strong cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners
    • Bonus: experience in data infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer-focused products; exposure to technical buyer personas; experience scaling marketing workflows efficiently
    • Benefits:

      • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with 100% employee premium coverage
      • Fertility benefits included through medical insurance plans
      • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
      • Mental health support services via BetterHelp
      • Life and AD&D insurance coverage
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan
      • Unlimited Paid Time Off (U.S.-based employees)
      • Wellness stipend for health and well-being expenses
      • Home office equipment reimbursement
      • Pre-tax commuter benefits
      • Pet insurance options
      • Equity participation eligibility
      • Competitive compensation range: $100,000–$135,000 OTE (based on experience and qualifications).
