This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (US) based in the United States.
This is a high-impact top-of-funnel sales role focused on driving qualified pipeline in the fast-growing AI and enterprise software space. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying key decision-makers across target accounts, helping shape how prospective customers understand and experience the value of advanced AI solutions. Acting as one of the earliest touchpoints in the customer journey, you will play a critical role in creating strong first impressions and accelerating revenue growth. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly learning-oriented, with strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. You will be expected to combine curiosity, resilience, and structured execution to consistently generate high-quality opportunities. Accountabilities:
You will own the top-of-funnel engine, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales organization while continuously improving outreach effectiveness and conversion quality.
- Generate and qualify new enterprise opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound prospecting across multiple channels
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline for Account Executives
- Conduct research on target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve engagement
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies
- Clearly communicate value propositions around AI observability, governance, and enterprise impact
- Track, document, and manage all prospect interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs including meetings booked and qualified opportunities
Requirements
This role requires a strong foundation in SDR or outbound sales work, combined with curiosity, resilience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar SaaS outbound role, ideally in enterprise environments
- Proven success in generating and qualifying pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting
- Strong communication and discovery skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Ability to research complex organizations and map key stakeholders effectively
- Strong CRM discipline with experience using Salesforce or similar tools
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner closely with AEs and Marketing teams
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, ML, and enterprise technology spaces
