Acting as a key advisor to executive leadership, you will translate ambiguity into clear financial insights that drive confident decisions. • Own company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and the operating model serving as the single source of financial truth

    • Strong capital allocation and investment evaluation skills, with the ability to underwrite business cases and trade-offs
    • Experience building decision frameworks that directly inform executive and board-level strategy
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and scaling finance teams
    • Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to operate effectively in uncertainty
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial insights into clear executive narratives
    • Healthcare, benefits, pharmacy, or revenue cycle exposure is a plus
