Director of Growth & Product Marketing

About the role:
The Director of Growth & Product Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and product adoption. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, owning the Go-To-Market strategy while leading/supporting growth and product marketing initiatives across paid, lifecycle, and sales-driven channels. As the architect of the GTM engine, this leader ensures alignment between product positioning, demand generation, and revenue outcomes, translating strategy into measurable business impact.
You will report into the Head of Lucie Marketing.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $180,504 - $236,911 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Go-To-Market Architecture: Oversee, design, and orchestrate the long-term, cross-functional execution of the company's macro Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Revenue & Lifecycle Performance Strategy: Establish, optimize, and own strategic growth frameworks across paid and organic channels to scale customer acquisition, pipeline contribution, conversion velocities, and long-term revenue impact.
- Data-Driven Growth Infrastructure: Partner at a leadership level with Business Analytics, Finance, and Data teams to define macro metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and construct complex business cases tying marketing investment strategies directly to financial performance outcomes.
- Product Dissertation & Market Alignment: Serve as the primary strategic bridge and product Subject Matter Expert (SME) to translate sophisticated product capabilities and plan architectures into highly differentiated value propositions that align with broader market needs.
- Channel Optimization & Benchmarking: Define global channel strategy alongside Events and Paid Media leaders, overseeing budget allocations, comprehensive conversion testing frameworks, and foundational funnel performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Enablement, or corporate GTM Strategy (health tech, fintech, or highly regulated industries preferred).
- 10+ years of experience leading, scaling, and managing, cross-functional operations focused on experimentation and data-driven results.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience defining, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-level technology tools to track marketing attribution, pipeline impact, and revenue.
Bonus points:
- Healthcare or healthcare related experience including healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, healthcare finance, or related field.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
