We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to serve as the primary driver of pipeline growth across Togetherwork’s portfolio of vertical software solutions. This role is responsible for owning full-funnel campaign strategy and execution, optimizing performance across all channels, and partnering closely with Sales and Product Marketing to bring growth initiatives to life. The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution to build scalable programs that deliver quantifiable results.
What you’ll do:
Demand Generation Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company revenue goals
- Own full-funnel campaign planning and execution across digital media, paid search, social, events, webinars, influencer programs, and outbound email
- Build integrated campaigns targeting key vertical segments, personas, and buying groups
- Develop and improve lead capture, routing, enrichment, nurturing, and follow-up processes to improve speed-to-lead and pipeline quality
Performance & Optimization
- Manage tactical execution across all channels and continuously evaluate performance, adjusting budgets, creative, and targeting to maximize ROI
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost
- Analyze campaign, event, social, and funnel performance to uncover insights and guide future investment
- Identify operational bottlenecks and support growth experiments that improve speed, quality, and scalability
Events & Programs
- Plan and coordinate webinars, field events, trade shows, partner events, and customer-facing programs, including logistics, promotion, follow-up, and performance reporting
- Support social media planning, scheduling, publishing, content amplification, and performance tracking across key channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Marketing Operations
- Partner with Sales and Product to ensure campaign alignment, lead quality, upsell programming, and funnel performance
- Work with Product Marketing to develop content and creative assets that resonate with target audiences
- Review and monitor CRM and reporting to ensure data accuracy, lead flow, and proper attribution
- Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation to support planning, handoffs, and performance reviews
AI-Enabled & Data-Driven Ways of Working
- Leverage approved AI tools and automation to improve campaign execution efficiency and consistency
- Use data, dashboards, and AI-supported insights to monitor funnel health and identify performance risks early
- Continuously build AI literacy and apply AI-enabled practices as part of day-to-day work
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline marketing workflows
What you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably within SaaS or vertical software
- Demonstrated success managing integrated paid media programs with clear ROI impact
- Experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns that influence pipeline and revenue
- Hands-on experience with lead lifecycle processes, campaign execution, and funnel reporting
- Experience planning or supporting webinars, field events, trade shows, or partner events
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders
- Takes ownership and follows through without being asked
