About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate product innovation into revenue by activating one of the industry's largest go-to-market organizations.

This is not a traditional product marketing role focused solely on positioning and launches. Success in this role depends on your ability to help the broader ZoomInfo organization understand, position, and sell ZoomInfo Talent Solutions.

You will serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring our teams have the messaging, proof points, competitive intelligence, and confidence needed to win in the market.

Your audience is not only recruiting buyers. It is also hundreds of sellers, customer-facing teams, and leaders across ZoomInfo who influence revenue every day.

If you enjoy shaping narratives, enabling sales teams, influencing without direct authority, and helping products gain traction across a large organization, you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Do:

Internal Sales Activation

Develop programs that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions across the broader ZoomInfo go-to-market organization.

Partner closely with sales leadership, overlays, account executives, account managers, and customer success teams to drive engagement and revenue opportunities.

Sales Enablement

Create and maintain the materials sellers use every day, including:

  • Battlecards
  • One-pagers
  • Sales presentations
  • Competitive positioning
  • Discovery guides
  • Customer stories
  • Solution briefs

Your work should help sellers move faster, communicate value more effectively, and create more opportunities.

Positioning and Messaging

Develop clear, differentiated messaging that helps both internal teams and external buyers understand the value of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions.

Ensure consistency across sales conversations, launches, campaigns, customer communications, and product experiences.

Product Launches

Lead internal launch readiness efforts for new products, features, and innovations.

Coordinate communication, training, enablement, and activation programs to drive adoption across the organization.

Competitive Intelligence

Own competitive intelligence programs and maintain battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and market insights that help sellers compete more effectively.

Customer Proof and Market Insights

Develop customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives that strengthen sales conversations and support go-to-market efforts.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy within B2B SaaS
  • Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and content development skills
  • Experience creating sales enablement assets that drive measurable adoption
  • Strong competitive intelligence and market analysis capabilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional product launches
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Technology, HR Technology, or Workforce Technology
  • Familiarity with AI, talent intelligence, sourcing, recruiting workflows, or recruiting automation
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
