You will also contribute to strategic decisions around event selection, budgeting, and performance optimization.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics, booth setup, and on-site management.

  • Develop and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns in collaboration with broader marketing teams.
  • Manage event budgets, track spend, forecast costs, and optimize ROI across all activations.
  • Define KPIs for each event and deliver performance reports analyzing leads, pipeline impact, and overall effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven ability to plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
    • Experience managing event budgets, forecasting costs, and optimizing spend for ROI.
    • Strong understanding of performance tracking, KPIs, and pipeline-driven event reporting.
    • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows (research, outreach, reporting, or automation) is strongly required.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is preferred.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, executives, and prospects effectively.

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary: $80,000 – $108,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
      • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
      • High autonomy and ownership with minimal bureaucracy.
