Demand Generation Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demand Generation Lead based in India.

This role is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position focused on driving measurable revenue growth through data-driven demand generation strategies. You will own the full lifecycle of nurture programs, CRM operations, and conversion optimization efforts across multiple digital touchpoints. The position plays a critical role in connecting marketing activity to pipeline performance through structured workflows, scoring models, and performance analytics. You will collaborate closely with campaign, content, ABM, and sales teams to ensure alignment between audience targeting, engagement strategies, and commercial outcomes. With ownership of automation, intent data, and attribution frameworks, you will directly influence how leads are generated, qualified, and converted. This is a highly analytical and strategic role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing operations, growth, and revenue impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and optimize end-to-end email nurture programs, including strategy, sequencing, triggers, and performance optimization across audience segments
  • Build, manage, and continuously improve marketing automation workflows across CRM and sales systems
  • Oversee CRM operations including segmentation, lifecycle management, data hygiene, and pipeline structure
  • Design and maintain lead scoring and account scoring models aligned with ICPs and buying signals
  • Leverage intent and enrichment data to identify in-market accounts and prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement assets such as ABM playbooks, outreach sequences, decks, and one-pagers
  • Build dashboards and attribution models to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue performance
  • Manage website tracking, conversion analytics, and CRO recommendations based on user behavior and performance data
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve conversion efficiency and campaign performance
  • Support reporting on marketing technology stack usage, ROI, and budget allocation effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ABM, and field marketing teams to drive execution and alignment
  • Apply generative AI tools to enhance content creation, automation, and analytical workflows
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or growth-focused roles
    • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent tools
    • Proven expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, lifecycle management, and lead scoring frameworks
    • Experience working with intent data platforms, enrichment tools, and ICP/TAL development
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar), and attribution modeling
    • Knowledge of website tracking, conversion optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
    • Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion-driven email and enablement content
    • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams in B2B or enterprise environments
    • Comfortable working independently in remote, async-first environments
    • Familiarity with generative AI tools and ability to apply them effectively in marketing workflows
    • Bonus: Experience with ABM programs, Marketo/Eloqua, agency background, or basic SQL/data analysis
