Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise product marketing strategy that aligns product, sales, business development, and customer success teams around consistent positioning and messaging.
  • Lead the creation of differentiated market narratives, thought leadership initiatives, and multi-channel marketing programs that strengthen brand authority and market presence.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, professional development, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through integrated campaigns spanning content marketing, events, webinars, paid media, public relations, partnerships, and other channels.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and customer-facing materials that support revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate complex platform capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Support international expansion efforts by developing market-entry strategies and scalable go-to-market frameworks for future growth opportunities.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives to maximize business impact.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience within SaaS or technology-driven organizations, including ownership of product marketing initiatives across multiple products or solutions.
    • Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams, with a track record of building high-performing organizations.
    • Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging development, thought leadership creation, and sales enablement strategy.
    • Demonstrated success executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue outcomes.
    • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and C-suite audiences.
    • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and transform them into clear, compelling business narratives.
    • Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without direct authority.
    • Proficiency with presentation tools and marketing analytics, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Experience marketing to retail, grocery, enterprise technology, or similar industries is a plus.
    • Background in startup, scale-up, or rapidly growing organizations is highly desirable.
