Direct Response Copywriter (Funnels & Landing Pages)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Direct Response Copywriter (Funnels & Landing Pages) based in Switzerland.

This role is focused on building high-converting landing pages and performance-driven copy assets that directly impact paid acquisition results at scale. You will work in a fast-moving, AI-enabled marketing environment where landing pages are treated as core revenue drivers across multiple e-commerce brands. The position involves developing advertorials, comparison pages, listicles, and product-focused landing pages designed for high-intent traffic and conversion optimization. You will collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to align messaging with campaign strategy and user intent. A strong emphasis is placed on experimentation, data-driven iteration, and continuous improvement of conversion performance. This is a fully remote role within a global, performance-focused team operating at significant scale. It is an opportunity to shape direct-response assets that influence millions of users and drive measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end creation of high-converting landing pages, including strategy, messaging, copywriting, deployment, and optimization across multiple campaigns.
  • Develop advertorials, comparison pages, listicles, and product landing pages tailored for paid acquisition and high-intent traffic sources.
  • Define audience segments, awareness levels, hooks, messaging angles, and persuasion strategies to maximize conversion performance.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to align landing page strategy with traffic sources and campaign goals.
  • Use AI tools and automation systems to scale landing page production, refinement, and testing across multiple brands.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, customer research, and market research to identify winning angles, objections, and emotional triggers.
  • Monitor landing page performance, run experiments, and continuously optimize conversion rates based on data insights.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience creating landing pages in direct response, performance marketing, DTC, or e-commerce environments.
    • Strong copywriting skills with deep understanding of persuasion principles, buyer psychology, and conversion-focused frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with comparison pages, advertorials, listicles, or other high-conversion marketing formats.
    • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, or similar platforms within content or funnel production workflows.
    • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and performance marketing metrics.
    • Ability to conduct customer research and translate insights into high-performing messaging strategies.
    • Highly self-directed with strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
    • Excellent written English communication skills.
    • Nice to have: experience with Google Ads funnels, affiliate marketing, DTC brands, landing page tools (Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage), or native advertising platforms.
