What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Management: Organize and coordinate marketing communications across multiple platforms — including the ShopBack App, Website, and CRM — ensuring message consistency and brand alignment.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content to support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with channel owners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing programs that align with business objectives.
  • Asset Management: Schedule and manage onsite assets to ensure optimal visibility for deals secured by the Business Development team
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize platform assets and website performance; extract actionable insights to improve future campaigns
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational or campaign-related issues using AI tools: from diagnosing performance drops with AI-assisted data analysis to drafting rapid response playbooks, ensuring smooth and intelligent execution at every step
  • UX/UI Support: Contribute to user experience enhancement projects and other digital initiatives that boost customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Take ownership of additional marketing initiatives as needed to support team objectives.
  • Essentials to Succeed

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders in the market
  • An AI-native marketer who actively leverages AI tools to work smarter
  • Ad Agency experience is preferred
  • A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A creative storyteller with a passion for data-driven marketing
  • An agile problem solver who enjoys optimizing processes and improving outcomes.
