Your Adventure Ahead

  • Paid Media Operations: Execute paid media operations by managing ad creatives, resizing assets, coordinating uploads to media platforms, and monitoring creative performance.
  • Influencer Management: Coordinate influencer partnerships from briefing to campaign execution, and review KOC/KOL content to ensure alignment with ShopBack guidelines and campaign briefs.
  • Content & Communication Coordination: Work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to manage content delivery timelines and ensure smooth execution.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute user acquisition campaigns to drive new user growth and conversion performance for ShopBack Korea.
  • Essentials to Succeed

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in marketing, preferably in influencer, campaign and performance marketing.
  • Communication: Strong coordination skills and ability to work closely with partners, internal teams, and external agencies.
  • Creative & Analytical: Creative mindset with strong content sense and a data-driven approach to optimization.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Korean.
  • Organized & Hands-on: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • AI Fluency: Ability to build structured AI workflows—such as chaining prompts with data and logic—to achieve measurable leverage in speed, quality, and marketing impact. .
