Partner Marketing Manager
Spotify is looking for a creative, commercially minded, and highly motivated Partner Marketing Manager to join our India Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing partnerships that help drive revenue growth, strengthen Spotify’s cultural relevance, and create meaningful value for both Spotify and our partners.
You will identify and build relationships with brands that align with Spotify’s strategic priorities across Premium, Brand, Product, and Music. Working across multiple functions, you will develop compelling partnership concepts and oversee their execution from idea through launch and measurement. This is a highly collaborative role that sits within the Marketing team and operates closely with Ad Sales to unlock new growth opportunities for Spotify India.
What You'll Do
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or integrated marketing
- You have experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including digital content, social media, and live events
- You have a strong understanding of brand strategy and a proven ability to build impactful marketing partnerships
- You are a creative thinker who enjoys developing innovative ideas and testing new approaches
- You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- You have experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- You know how to manage budgets, evaluate performance, and track return on investment
- You bring strong project management skills and consistently deliver high-quality work against ambitious timelines
- You are skilled at balancing creativity, commercial objectives, and operational considerations when making decisions
- You communicate clearly and confidently, even in complex or challenging situations
- You build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- You understand the importance of governance, legal compliance, and operational processes in partnership marketing
- You are comfortable working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple business functions
