What you will do:

  • Support the execution and optimization of Affiliate Marketing campaigns across LATAM, primarily for Colombia.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance through UTMs, ensuring accurate attribution of revenue.
  • Assist in building weekly and monthly performance reports (Excel / Tableau), analyzing key metrics such as revenue, spend, and ROAS.
  • Scout and evaluate affiliates based on performance potential, audience fit, and content quality
  • Support affiliate onboarding and setup (tracking links, creatives)
  • Assist with invoice and commission verification to ensure accurate payouts
  • Coordinate with internal teams, country stakeholders, and partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Support the planning and execution of key seasonal campaigns (e.g. Hot Sale, Buen Fin).
  • Analyze performance trends (WoW, YoY, vs targets) and identify campaign data to optimize for growth
  • What do we need:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with an interest in developing partner negotiation
  • Proactive, structured, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Interest in performance marketing, affiliates, and data-driven decision making
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience with tools such as Tableau, GA4, or affiliate platforms is a plus (not mandatory)
