You will help standardize workflows, improve measurement frameworks, and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled communication tools.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise Communications Technology (CommTech) strategy, identifying gaps, integration opportunities, and areas for automation, standardization, and AI enablement.
- Own the end-to-end CommTech ecosystem, including platform selection, implementation oversight, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous optimization in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Oversee core communications platforms such as media CRMs, monitoring tools, and analytics solutions, ensuring scalability, security, data governance, and global consistency.
- Build and evolve communications measurement frameworks, dashboards, and analytics pipelines to deliver actionable insights and support enterprise performance tracking.
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing workflows, improving data quality, strengthening adoption practices, and enabling continuous improvement across communications systems and teams.
- 6+ years of experience in communications technology, digital systems, analytics, or related fields, with a Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies that improve performance and decision-making.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology platforms, including SaaS governance, system implementations, and change management initiatives.
- Deep understanding of communications technology ecosystems, including analytics tools, media CRMs, integration frameworks, and emerging AI-enabled solutions.
- Solid knowledge of data governance, taxonomy design, metadata structures, and system integrations in complex environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in global, matrixed organizations.
- Preferred experience applying AI, automation, or machine learning within communications or marketing contexts.
- Annual base salary range: $110,000 – $140,000, plus eligibility for bonus and incentive compensation.
