As we expand, we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our influencer and gifting programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the influencer space and gain hands-on experience with campaign execution, creator outreach and cross-functional coordination.
In this entry level role you’ll provide critical support for both the administrative and operational needs of our influencer and community efforts. You’ll help ensure campaigns and gifting programs run smoothly from start to finish while learning the ins and outs of what it takes to execute a best-in-class influencer marketing strategy.
Assist in building and maintaining creator lists across campaign tiers and platforms
Support influencer outreach, relationship management, and personalized communication across platforms
Coordinate gifting logistics including shipments, hand-deliveries, and inventory tracking in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
Manage product inventory and product transfer needs with internal teams and external vendors
Lead end-to-end product inventory tracking and product transfer needs within internal teams and external vendors
Ensure timely and accurate campaign setup and execution across platforms (GRIN, Tribe, etc.)
Maintain organized documentation of product flow, creator tracking, and performance metrics
Help identify and manage emerging and loyal creators for ongoing gifting, events, and activations
Support weekly reporting, tracking, and team updates on influencer and gifting initiatives
Displays deep understanding of the rhode brand, our products, customers and mission
Strong communication skills, knowing nuances of communication with external stakeholders vs internal
Detail oriented self-starter—ability to shift priorities easily and get things done by innovating with a sense of urgency
Resourceful — able to think of creative ways to get things done proactively
Curiosity of the beauty landscape across various product categories
Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects
Growth mindset ready to innovate and work collaboratively with a small startup team
1–2 years of internship or work experience in marketing, social media, PR, or operations (beauty or lifestyle brand experience a plus)
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Shopify, GRIN or Tribe Dynamics is a plus (not required)
