This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional to drive impactful marketing initiatives across social media, public relations, and internal communications in a dynamic SaaS environment. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify brand messaging, strengthen thought leadership, and engage both external audiences and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping communication strategies that support business growth while ensuring consistency across all channels. Working closely with marketing, HR, leadership, and creative teams, you will contribute to high-visibility projects and executive communications. The position offers the opportunity to leverage data, emerging technologies, and AI-powered solutions to optimize communications while making a meaningful impact in a collaborative, remote-first workplace.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the execution of social media strategies, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, social listening, and performance reporting across digital platforms.
  • Manage external communications initiatives by supporting public relations activities, coordinating byline placements, identifying award opportunities, and promoting thought leadership through employee advocacy programs.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication across all external channels.
  • Monitor communication performance, analyze engagement metrics, and implement scalable improvements, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee internal communications planning and calendars, delivering timely updates that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and executive leadership to develop company-wide communications, quarterly updates, and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and transparency.
  • Support additional communications and marketing initiatives as needed while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and collaboration.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on social media, public relations, internal communications, and project management.
    • Proven ability to create, edit, and manage high-quality written content across social media, external communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of B2B social media best practices, employee advocacy strategies, audience engagement, and digital performance analytics.
    • Experience using social media management, automation, and scheduling platforms, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating across diverse teams.
    • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and confidently contribute to high-impact communications projects.
    • Experience in multi-product SaaS organizations or familiarity with EHS, ESG, or compliance technology markets is considered an asset.
