We are seeking a strategic and experienced, results-driven professional to elevate our brand presence, immersive consumer engagement and drive conversion/sales. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing our social media strategy across key platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives across ASEAN. This role focuses on managing social media campaigns, creating high-quality content, publishing consistently, engaging online communities, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life online. 

The position reports to the Director, Regional Social Lead and partners deeply across the Consumer Business working closely within the Regional and Local Marketing and Sales Teams, and other functions across the company to drive effective and efficient execution.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive, implement and manage social media campaigns with clear objectives, tactics and KPIs across ASEAN to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
  • Work closely with regional and local marketing and sales teams, influencers and/or external agency teams to successfully execute social media campaigns and launches.
  • Create and manage social media content and strategy for the region, in alignment with brand guidelines and tone-of-voice.
  • Manage communities across our social media accounts to drive engagement, conversation and brand advocacy.
  • Leverage social media platforms to enhance overall consumer experience, drive brand and product awareness/education and sales/conversion.
  • Identify and track social media trends, emerging platform features, and competitive activity to inform campaign and platform strategy.
  • Measure performance, analyze insights, and report weekly/monthly with actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a data-driven aptitude for optimizing the social ecosystem across paid and organic media.

REQUIRED:

  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving and managing successful social media campaigns for a global brand, with at least 4+ years of related social media experience.
  • Keen understanding and appreciation of the social media landscape across ASEAN.
  • Proven ability and experience managing paid and organic campaigns across key social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and tools (like Emplifi) with experience utilizing them to optimize engagement and track performance metrics.
  • Data-driven with good understanding of social listening and other analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators to inform and enhance social media strategy.
  • Keeping updated with industry-related and cross-vertical social media trends.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in content creation and associated software will be a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
