The XR Team’s mission is to give people superhuman abilities by making information instantly and intuitively accessible. On the Augmented Reality (AR) Glasses Maps team, we build the user-facing experiences that give our users intuitive ways to explore and navigate the world on the AI Glasses, a brand new frontier for Google.
The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $147000 - $211000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience programming in Objective-C or Swift.
- 2 years of experience with iOS application development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
- Experience with computer vision and augmented reality.
- Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
