Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process objectives and outcomes.
- Document and communicate process designs and changes effectively to all relevant parties.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within production planning and control.
- Experience in developing process blueprints and defining key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with application architects and other technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with quality management principles to ensure compliance with business and design standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
