Additionally, the position involves participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively integrated across the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable process designs.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation to gather and validate requirements.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and their integration with business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
