We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) with strong expertise in Intellect product suite and exposure to Liquidity Management. The candidate will be responsible for driving end to end program delivery, managing a team of 10 members, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, tracking, and closure
Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication at leadership level
Manage and mentor a team of 20+ members (QA, BA, Dev, etc.), ensuring high performance and accountability
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and client leadership
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints
Track program KPIs, dependencies, risks, and provide regular status updates
Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery models and continuous improvement initiatives
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges
Must Have Skills
Strong experience as Program Manager , Project Manager in Banking/Financial domain
Hands-on experience with Intellect product suite (Intellect Design Arena)
Proven ability to drive large programs independently
Experience managing cross-functional teams (10 members minimum)
Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills
Experience in Agile , Scrum delivery models
Good to Have
Exposure to Liquidity Management Systems / Treasury / Cash Management
Prior experience working with global banking clients
Knowledge of corporate channels / payments domain
Leadership and Behavioral Skills
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Excellent communication & executive reporting skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills15 years full time education
