As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for.
Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our core values , and non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in job cycle management across organizational boundaries
Reviewing of the job planning, Equipment preparation and people readiness.
Working with I&S Project Managers and / or other PL’s SDC on X-PL critical tasks within a job.
Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery
Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
Coordinating with field crews to manage any requirements / mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/location
Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
Assisting other Service Delivery Coordinators with Peer Reviews.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, regulations and ISO and API requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant, related subject.
Have more than 10 years of experience in oil field services
Have previous technical experience in Coil Tubing field.
Demonstrate prior business ownership (HSE - financial - Service Delivery)
Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
Have experience in the Middle East.
