We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a MineStar™ Site Manager. This Brisbane-based role operates on a FIFO roster, working closely with key customers across multiple remote mine sites.
The position follows a schedule aligned with our customer’s operations to ensure strong support for both the site and the team.
About the Role
As the MineStar™ Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Command for Hauling (Autonomous Haulage System – AHS) operates at optimal performance. You will lead a team of MineStar™ Application and Onboard Specialists, working closely with Product Support teams to deliver robust and effective technology solutions.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, managing escalations and ensuring the successful and safe operation of Caterpillar technology products on site.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong mining operations or fleet management experience, combined with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
