As a trusted partner, you will anticipate needs, orchestrate priorities, and leverage modern tools and ways of working to simplify complexity and enhance leadership effectiveness. 

This role working cross functionally and across geographies to support collaboration, and execution. It is an opportunity to contribute to Coca-Cola's purpose by ensuring leaders can operate at their best—every day.

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to manage complex calendars, proactively prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring time is aligned to business critical priorities 

  • Anticipate executive needs by staying ahead of schedules, deadlines, and deliverables, providing thoughtful recommendations and solutions in moments of ambiguity 

  • Coordinate end-to-end planning for leadership routines, including leadership team meetings, offsites, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions across multiple geographies 

  • Prepare, draft, and manage high impact correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and follow-through 

  • Track action items, decisions, and commitments, proactively managing follow-ups with leaders and partners to ensure timely execution 

  • Orchestrate domestic and international travel, including approvals, bookings, visas, and expense reporting, ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies 

  • Support meeting logistics by coordinating agendas, materials, presentations, collaboration spaces, and technology setup to enable productive and inclusive discussions 

  • Provide hospitality support for senior leaders and visitors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience aligned with Coca-Cola's standards 

  • Leverage digital tools, collaboration platforms, and emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence enabled solutions—to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency 

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate administrative workflows, contributing to continuous improvement and agile ways of working 

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism 

  • Deliver general administrative support such as document management, data entry, purchase requests and PO creation, and expense processing with accuracy and attention to detail 

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience providing high-level executive or senior leadership support in a fast paced, global, or matrixed environment 

  • Proven ability to operate with autonomy, sound judgment, and initiative while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities 

  • Strong digital fluency across productivity, collaboration, and communication tools, with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies and systems 

  • Experience using modern workplace platforms such as calendar management tools, virtual collaboration environments, and document sharing solutions 

  • Comfort leveraging data, dashboards, or tracking tools to manage workflows, priorities, and follow ups 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing demands with professionalism and confidence 

  • High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and senior leaders 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the bigger picture 

  • Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and logistics in compliance driven corporate environments 

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with experience enhancing processes or introducing more efficient ways of working 

  • Experience with budget tracking/monitoring

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies in a global organization 

  • ​Fluent German and English required
