Corpay is currently on the lookout for a highly organised person to join our APAC Operations Team in Sydney Australia, as a Senior Operations Associate. Your focus will be reviewing and processing Foreign Exchange transactions (FX), Beneficiary templates and outbound Payments. You’ll be responsible for monitoring the APAC team inboxes, actioning tasks and liaising with front and back-office departments. You will be a key contributor to maintaining the service levels and efficiency of the APAC Operations team!

Role Responsibilities
As part of a Global Operations Unit, you will play a crucial role in managing Spot, Forward and Option deals, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer payments and processing Foreign Exchange Transactions (FX). You’ll be responsible for handling outgoing funds with one of the world’s largest non-bank payment remitters and hedging specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance administration, excellent data entry skills, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills
This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can competently work autonomously and manage your own workload. You are computer literate with touch-typing skills and hold a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience collecting outstanding receivables, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate account reconciliations, and ensuring data integrity. You pride yourself on your accuracy and have great time management skills. Having previous work experience in payments or banking in an office setting is a plus.
