Position: Production supervisor.
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to coordinate supervising, and controlling extraction, loading, and hauling activities in open-pit mining operations, ensuring compliance with production plans, as well as safety, quality, and environmental standards established by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations related to extraction, loading, hauling, and dumping of ore and waste material.
Coordinate manpower and equipment to meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Monitor operational performance indicators and report deviations.
Recommend process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce operating costs.
Train, evaluate, and motivate team members under supervision.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
Requirements:
Technical degree or university degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in open-pit mining.
Knowledge of mine planning, safety, and environmental management.
Proficiency in mining software and reporting tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
