JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Knowledge Management Associate (Solutions Focused) Job Code: Department: Training and Knowledge Management Location: TBD Report To: Manager, Training and Knowledge Management Direct Reports: No Revised: February 2026 Job Purpose (Job Summary): Under general supervision, the Solutions Knowledge Management Associate manages and implements knowledge management strategies and practical, technology enabled solutions that support Invesco’s strategic priorities and the North American Transfer Agency (NATA) / TKM strategic plan, in alignment with IVZ principles and Purpose. This role is responsible for the management of TKM processes and/or tools, coordination of internal communications, the management of knowledge (selection, organization, and integration/transfer), and other knowledge needs for all Transfer Agency (TA) departments. The role will work closely with other business units to gain access and package information pertinent to each department’s respective operations. The role will assist with increasing the knowledge level of all Transfer Agency (TA) staff by providing them with the technology, solutions, and the knowledge tools necessary to make them more proficient in their jobs and support Invesco goals. Department Summary/Mandate: The department supports the Transfer Agency by delivering effective training and comprehensive knowledge management services. We ensure employees have access to accurate, well organized information and the learning resources they need to perform confidently and consistently. We also design and implement automated solutions that streamline manual processes, reduce operational risk, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience. The deliverables include training, automated solutions, communication channels, and knowledge based systems that empower staff and support high quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities / Duties: • Communication: o Assist with TKM communication responsibilities for all Transfer Agency departments for all policy and procedure changes, products/services updates and relevant news o Ensure quality, consistency and timeliness for all outgoing communications by adhering to TKM Communication checklist o Communication can be done via eGain, e-mail, formal presentations and/or staff meetings. This may include some training responsibilities • Maintenance of Knowledge Database o Administration of Knowledge Database – eGain Knowledge database o Consult with appropriate parties to get a clear understanding of department knowledge requirements o Assist in the writing and publishing of knowledge for Invescopedia o Ensure quality and consistency of articles by adhering to TKM Inbox Responsibility Checklist and Authoring/Style guide o Ensure compliance of annual review requirements in accordance with regulatory requirements • Knowledge Management Strategies o Engage in and support KM‐related technology training and awareness activities o Collaborate with other TKM members to conceptualize, design, develop and implement effective and interactive tools for the integration of knowledge o Administer, support and influence the knowledge‐sharing technologies and processes o Supports the design, implementation, and enhancement of core KM approaches used to support critical knowledge flow within and across the business and knowledge domains o Utilize skills such as effective team management, meeting deadlines, completing deliverables, identifying risks, and solution orientation • Solutions & Automation o Identify process pain points and opportunities for automation; propose low effort, high impact improvements. o Build and maintain lightweight solutions (e.g., forms, templates, checklists, simple workflows, dashboards) using approved tools (e.g., Microsoft 365/SharePoint, Power Platform—Power Automate/Power Apps/Power BI, eGain features). o Pilot proofs of concept, run small experiments, and scale what works; document solutions for reuse and self service. o Partner with TKM/BPI/IT to align on standards, data integrity, and security while accelerating delivery. o Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables o Respond and administer (subject to schedule) Internal Business Partner inquiries via the TKM Support Inquiry Form or inquiries to our inboxes o All other duties as assigned • Training o Facilitation of training as required Work Experience / Knowledge: • 1+ years of experience in the Transfer Agency strongly preferred • Thorough knowledge of the financial markets and industry • Excellent knowledge of all Invesco products/services • Knowledge of Transfer Agency departments an asset Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required: • Solution oriented mindset with a passion for automation and efficiency (reduce manual effort, simplify workflows, eliminate rework). • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps/Power BI) is an asset. • Basic HTML and strong technical aptitude; comfort learning new tools quickly. • Experience in technical writing and information design; keen attention to detail and usability. • Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation); ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable guidance. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast paced environment. • Solid research, analysis, and problem solving skills; continuous learning and innovation mindset. • Project management skills preferred; presentation/facilitation skills required. Formal Education: • Post-secondary education – business orientation preferred • Industry designation preferred Working Conditions: • Work from Home while maintaining an in-office presence as per location requirements • Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures • Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however overtime may be required The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this role.
