What this job involves:
Summary
To drive occupancy and allocation planning development and implementation across the country, including management county / sites supply, capacity, demand, and vacancy in support of short term and long-term headcount projections. At a site or PA / Team level the Occupancy Planner understands how much space is currently available, and supports ongoing and/or new space requests within an existing country or campus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manages PA space/occupancy data (supply/demand, growth, allocation).
Main content POC for all countries BU/Groups/Teams. Develops site Stacking Plan options.
Collaborate with the Regional occupancy planning lead on strategic solutions for campus/building forecasts and concerns.
Tracks reorganizations and demand changes. Manages Roll up allocation and team updates.
Updates monthly portfolio review and commentary.
Quarterly SFT forecast review to assess demand-supply risk and plan proactively.
Develops strategy deck components for site strategy and forecasted demand.
Collaborates with MAC/Ops for seamless plan/project delivery.
Reviews new project requests and business feedback.
Accountable for MMR and all Adhoc reporting
Track and manage space and occupancy data within relevant technologies.
Develop space solutions by analyzing occupancy, utilization, and space data.
Handle tactical occupancy planning (e.g., space planning, block and stack plans) and prepare options/recommendations.
Work with facilities management teams on projects related to moves, space audits, occupancy, vacancy, and change management.
Facilitate transfer of approved occupancy plans to MAC (Move, Add, Change) team for implementation.
Ensure accurate reporting using IWMS tools and maintain key relationships for seating assignments.
Identify proactive needs, troubleshoot deficiencies, and implement best practices.
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
Partner with project and construction teams on large relocations/restacks.
Provide guidance and advocate best operational practices for the region.
Escalation point for country site services managers and facilities managers.
Review Regional Reporting processes and metrics.
Key Performance Measures

High level of accuracy in all work output
Demonstrate flexibility to support client service delivery and new tasks as needed

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related field
Min. 7 years work experience in project, facilities and occupancy management
Prior experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level and experience with office interior renovations is desirable
Knowledge on AutoCAD and CAFM systems is desirable
Strong PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Skills
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills and GSuite - confident with all packages, particularly PowerPoint & Excel / Slides, Trix & Docs.
Excellent organizational skills - able to balance daily demands with driving projects that support growth
Excellent attention to detail when maintaining documents and dealing with data
