Job Description:

The core focus of this role will be to lead a major strategic pursuit for our Vehicle Inspection Program. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of a high‑profile RFP pursuit, from initial positioning and client engagement through to final submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to position, market, and secure the project
  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance through all stages of major pursuit(s)
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all instructions, action items, and commitments related to the pursuit
  • Provide direction and management for every phase of the RFP process to ensure on-schedule, compliant, and competitive submission
  • Collaborate with office and facilities staff to address and fulfill all RFP requirements (e.g., facilities descriptions, certifications, site information)
  • Work closely with other managers, subject matter experts, and support staff to develop and deliver complete and high-quality RFP responses

  • Proven track record of:
    • Leveraging key contacts and networks to identify and secure opportunities
    • Representing the company favorably with clients and partners to win major projects
    • Negotiating effectively with key members of other firms
