About the job
The Strategic Planning Manager is a strategic role within the Dupixent Franchise Brazil, responsible for leading long-term planning, franchise governance, and transversal initiatives that maximize portfolio value. This position acts as the strategic architect and central orchestrator across Market Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, GTMC, and Finance, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment and operational excellence.
Main responsibilities:
Franchise Governance
Establish and maintain strategic governance frameworks, ensuring alignment across all Dupixent indications and relevant stakeholders, guaranteeing consistency in decision-making and execution of franchise priorities.
One Dupixent Strategy
Develop and execute integrated strategic plans that unify the franchise vision, optimizing market positioning and competitive advantage of Dupixent in Brazil.
Long-term Planning
Responsible for 10-year strategic roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, market expansion strategies, and portfolio optimization initiatives, including new indications and therapeutic expansion.
Transversal Initiatives
Lead cross-functional strategic and innovative projects spanning Market Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, GTMC, and Finance, focused on maximizing franchise value and ensuring integrated execution.
Strategic Analysis
Conduct market intelligence, competitive landscape analysis, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions and anticipate movements in the immunology market. Bring outside-in perspective, as well as innovative approaches.
Team Development & Organizational Catalyst
Act as a catalyst for high-performance team culture, driving continuous evolution of strategic processes, capabilities, and embracing new ways of working. Champion talent development through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of strategic excellence, innovation, and collaborative leadership across the franchise ecosystem.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with senior leadership, regional teams, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and excellence of execution, acting as a high-level liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.

About you
Experience: Previous experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or business roles in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector. Experience in cross-functional project management and leading without formal authority.

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Sciences, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate degree in Strategy is a plus.
Languages: Advanced English (required); Fluent Portuguese (required)
