Job Details:
Pay rate: $18.90 per hour
Schedule: 6:45 am (until production ends)
Tasks:
This position is responsible for picking up 40 to 50-pound boxes and stacking them on pallets on a fast-moving production line. The skid stacker is also responsible for maintaining the skid stacking data. Applicants will be considered for the day shift in the Line 9 Department. The job is fast-paced and requires repetitive motion such as bending and lifting and working above shoulder level. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for an interview.
Requirements:
Must be able to work overtime and weekends. Must be willing to accept and carry through on request and directions given. Must be willing to learn other duties. Willingness to walk/stand for the duration of the shift. Willingness to work above shoulder level. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have good record-keeping abilities and keep track of skids produced. Willingness to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds continuously and place them on pallets. Rehire Consideration:
Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered.
180 days (6 months) waiting period.
