Job Description
The Sr. Operations Analyst - Value-in-Kind program is an operational role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of Value‑in‑Kind (VIK) drawdowns across the NA region. The role will primarily provide AE support for VIK workflow, with a strong focus on data accuracy, validation discipline, and rework reduction.
The role acts as a regional quality‑control layer between Sales and Finance, supporting cleaner submissions and faster execution through strong first‑time quality and operational hygiene.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume transactional work accurately.
- Understanding of sales operations, deal execution, and financial controls.
- Ability to identify data issues and root causes of rework or amendments.
- Experience working with dashboards, trackers, or operational reports.
- Advanced level of excel and data analysis skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

The estimated salary range for this position is $129,200 to $206,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
