Job Description
The Manager, Strategy & Operations will support the Strategy & Operations function within Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, this role will be responsible for reimagining how VCA operates at scale by embedding AI, automation, and advanced tooling into core business processes.
This is not a traditional operations role — it is a build-and-transform mandate focused on redesigning planning, performance management, and operational workflows to be AI-enabled, scalable, and insight-driven.
The role will work closely with VCA leadership and cross-functional partners to eliminate manual processes, accelerate decision-making, and create a digitally-enabled operating model across Planning, Business Reviews, OKR tracking, and broader operational activities.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or transformation roles
Demonstrated experience in automation, AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
