• The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 3,800. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Role Description:

• Coordinate a portfolio of technology initiatives supporting the transformation and enhancement of Passive Asset Management platforms.
• Manage programme governance, planning, prioritization, and execution oversight across multiple workstreams.
• Own and facilitate product backlog management and roadmap prioritization in collaboration with Portfolio Management and Technology teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
• Drive stakeholder communication and reporting across global teams and senior leadership.
• Support budget planning and governance for a multi-million-euro technology portfolio.

Skills and Expertise

• 10+ years of IT Project Delivery, Programme Management, or Portfolio Management experience.
• Strong programme governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple technology initiatives within complex organizations.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Clarity, Planview, etc.)
• Asset Management experience, particularly Passive investment products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Portfolio Management or Front-Office platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent English (German language is a big advantage)
