About the Role
We are seeking Robotics Teleoperations Specialists to support robotics testing, deployment, and operational programs across Europe.
The successful candidate will remotely operate robotic systems, monitor robot performance, and ensure operational activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
This role combines technical operations, quality assurance, and robotics support activities within a structured operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Teleoperation
Operate robotic platforms through dedicated teleoperation interfaces
Monitor robot activities through video feeds and control dashboards
Execute assigned tasks according to operational procedures
Maintain compliance with safety and operational requirements
Perform real-time movement adjustments when required
Ensure smooth execution of robotic tasks and workflows
Monitoring & Quality Control
Verify correct robot behavior and task execution
Identify and report operational issues
Conduct quality reviews of completed robot tasks
Maintain detailed operational records and reports
Escalate technical issues to engineering teams
Operational Support
Assist with robot setup and deployment activities
Support testing and validation programs
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Essential
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to follow structured procedures
Good communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred
Experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, or quality control
Experience with control systems or teleoperation platforms
Technical or vocational education
Experience working in shift-based operations
