You will lead complex, multi-layered enterprise programs focused on UGC and influencer marketing, ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams and deliverables.
The position requires strong client-facing ownership, as you will act as the primary point of contact for strategic alignment, communication, and relationship management.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, paid media, strategy, and production to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
A key aspect of the role involves managing external creators, influencers, and partners while balancing budgets, timelines, and performance outcomes.
You will operate in a highly dynamic environment where structure must often be created around ambiguity and evolving priorities.
This is a strategic execution role where operational excellence directly drives client success and long-term partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and oversee enterprise-level client programs across multiple SOWs, ensuring strong relationships and consistent delivery across all workstreams.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, managing communication, expectations, and strategic alignment across projects.
  • Manage end-to-end UGC and influencer marketing campaigns, from planning through execution and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate internal teams including creative, strategy, paid media, and project management to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Source, manage, and coordinate external creators, influencers, and partners as needed for campaign execution.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and overall program performance to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support and guide internal project managers in executing complex multi-stream initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or account management within creative, marketing, or agency environments.
    • Proven experience managing UGC and influencer marketing campaigns as a core part of previous roles.
    • Strong track record of managing enterprise clients with multi-SOW or multi-stream programs.
    • Excellent client-facing communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with confidence in presentations and stakeholder management.
    • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build structure where processes are not predefined.
    • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution and attention to detail.
    • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client success and retention.
