📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the B2B & Trade Marketing Manager, your main missions will be to support the development of meaningful relationships with our brands and activate the brands on our Veepee websites
You will be responsible for a certain product vertical or business across all our B2C countries
Marketing activations of our brands: You are responsible for planning and setting up marketing actions/campaigns focused on activating our brands and offer on all our B2C platforms
Co-define the planning with your marketing & planning colleagues, whilst having an international vision for each brand (keeping in mind benchmarks & specificities of each local platform)
Brief & collaborate with different stakeholders (brands, design, CRM, B2B colleagues…) on your actions to collect all you need
Implement (trade) animations and thematic campaigns and coordinate with other teams to implement other actions (adhoc communication, merchandising, etc.)
Analyze the results of your campaigns, do the required reporting & use these learnings going forward
Perform market trend analysis to understand market & brand dynamics that could be relevant for your business/ product category
Strategic brand development: You support the business to further develop our strategic accounts
Develop annual plans for our strategic brands addressing both brand and Veepee challenges
Collaboration with commercial teams: You are the partner for commercial teams (of your vertical and/or business) to support them & their brands with their marketing needs
Collaborate with commercial teams across countries to ensure brand plans are prepared, executed and communicated
Be the spokesperson of marketing towards your commercial teams on general marketing topics (Value proposition, Market Insights, Pink Box, etc.)
Collaboration with marketing teams: You collaborate closely with your marketing colleagues to ensure all actions are coordinated and fit the full platform
Collaborate closely with your colleagues of the B2B & Trade team to optimize the balance between verticals and businesses
Guide & coach our more junior B2B & Trade colleagues to develop their skills and improve performance
Collaborate closely with your colleagues of the CRM team to execute brand activation plans (e.g. coordination of adhoc communication, translations, etc.)
Collaborate closely with your colleagues of the Projects team to align planning and execution of campaigns/projects
Collaborate with other marketing teams to optimize planning, ensure operational excellence and working as efficiently as possible as a team
Give support to other teams for translation needs
