Renewal by Andersen of Long Island is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as a central operational partner and trusted support for our senior leadership team. This pivotal role supports the Vice President of Sales and Operations, as well as the Director of Operations, ensuring strategic priorities are aligned, communication flows seamlessly, and key initiatives are executed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Leadership Enablement
- Manage and prioritize calendars for senior leaders, ensuring optimal time utilization
- Screen and filter incoming requests, aligning them with business priorities
- Safeguard leadership time for high-impact activities and strategic initiatives
Operational & Business Support
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, town halls, and strategic updates
- Utilize Excel to monitor and report on key performance indicators (Revenue, NPS, Cycle Time, etc.)
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items to ensure accountability
- Facilitate cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Office & Facilities Management
- Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and office logistics
- Oversee facility needs, liaising with vendors and landlords as required
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
Travel & Expense Coordination
- Arrange leadership travel aligned with business priorities
- Track, manage, and reconcile expenses with accuracy and timeliness
Events & Marketing Support
- Lead planning and execution of key events including:
- Annual Kickoff
- Mid-Year Strategy Meetings
- Leadership and company-wide events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment and flawless execution
- Manage logistics, scheduling, communication, and on-site coordination
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and relevant business systems
- Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills
- Ability to support multiple senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional presence
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
- Prior experience in operations, construction, or the home improvement industry is a plus
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- $75,000 – $85,000/annually (commensurate with experience)
- Full-time, Onsite Monday-Friday
