Renewal by Andersen of Long Island is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Jr. Sales Administrator to support daily sales team operations and assist with data-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools and has a strong interest in ensuring smooth operations in an administrative capacity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document management
  • Create, format, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal use
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day sales team operations
  • Handle email correspondence and basic office communication
 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required)
  • Basic to intermediate data analysis skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data organization)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
 
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
  • $26.50/hourly plus monthly bonus opportunity
  • Full-time, Onsite in Farmingdale, NY Monday-Friday
