  • Align and coordinate Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support teams around clear priorities and execution plans.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making, including trade-offs and prioritization, without direct line management authority.

    • Proven track record of leading a SaaS product or product line with accountability for revenue, retention, and profitability.
    • Strong expertise in product-led growth (PLG) and subscription-based SaaS business models.
    • Demonstrated success working across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Data, and Customer functions in complex environments.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization and strategy.
    • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders through clarity, structure, and strong communication.
    • Experience setting strategy and driving execution in environments without direct managerial authority over all contributors.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Strong leadership presence with the ability to bring structure, focus, and alignment in ambiguous contexts.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package based on experience, location, and market benchmarks.
      • Flexible work arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or in-office options within Canada or the United States.
      • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including annual wellness stipend.
      • RRSP/TFSA retirement savings plans with company matching.
      • Generous and flexible paid time off policy.
      • Professional development support, including learning and development allowance.
