Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Implementation Manager. The ideal candidate will contribute to our team's success by applying their skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end software implementation projects from initial discovery to
post-go-live support.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Act as the point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on project goals and requirements.
Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Facilitate client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and
training.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
Support the transition from implementation to customer success/account management teams.
Understand client needs and configure settings of our solutions that will materially benefit the client’s legal operations.
Communicate effectively with other teams.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality.
Support cross-functional initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Relevant education and minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field
Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems or similar (legal) tech platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (C1-2)
Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking, with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with international clients, and adapt to evolving client requirements
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
The ability to troubleshoot technical or process issues as they arise
Experience working with automated workflow and process mapping tools
Comfortable with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI and Project Management tools
Advanced proficiency in MS Word with a strong grasp of document formatting techniques
