This is a fully remote, high-impact role within a fast-paced digital marketing environment focused on delivering measurable growth for a diverse portfolio of clients.
You will lead end-to-end SEO strategy execution while coordinating cross-functional teams across content, design, and development.
The role blends technical SEO expertise with strong project management and client-facing responsibilities.
You will oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring performance goals and KPIs are consistently achieved.
A key part of the role involves analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while continuously improving internal SEO processes and delivery standards.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinating workflows between SEO, content, web development, and design teams to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, technical audits, and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic performance.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms, translating insights into recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting reports, updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and guide SEO team members while improving internal processes and delivery frameworks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2+ years in hands-on SEO roles.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and content strategy development.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance-based decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to clients.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
