Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to drive courier retention and engagement initiatives across our Delivery business.
In this role, you will own high-impact projects aimed at improving courier experience, loyalty, and long-term engagement. This is an individual contributor role for a highly analytical and business-minded professional who can independently drive initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Own courier retention and engagement initiatives from opportunity identification to implementation and impact measurement
- Define hypotheses, run experiments, and scale initiatives in partnership with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Business Development teams
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving courier experience, retention, and long-term engagement
- Own and continuously develop key retention mechanisms, including the Courier Loyalty Program and the courier feedback & CSAT ecosystem
- Translate business objectives into clear requirements, coordinate execution across stakeholders, and communicate outcomes and recommendations to leadership
- Analyze courier behavior, retention trends, and marketplace dynamics to identify growth opportunities, churn drivers, and actionable insights
- Build analytical frameworks and reporting that support data-driven decision-making and prioritization
- 3+ years of experience in project management, product management, business analytics, strategy, consulting, or related fields
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL skills is an advantage
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of product and business metrics, unit economics, and business performance drivers
- Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Upper-intermediate English or higher is a must
- Highly autonomous and proactive, comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities
