This role is remote within the UK.

We’re looking for a person to join our AdIntel International business. This is a Data Entry level position. You'll play a crucial role in identifying, monitoring, and coding advertising content across various media channels. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of advertising analytics and contribute to industry-leading insights.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying relevant advertising content across multiple platforms, including TV, Radio, Digital, Social Media, Direct Mail, Billboard and Cinema in Norwegian.

  • Monitor advertisements, identifying key details and category structures to support client campaigns and competitor analysis

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure data quality and alignment with Nielsen Ad Intel standards

  • Create and deliver film and radiocodes to broadcaster, Radio and TV

  • Perform quality assurance on data entry and categorization

  • Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets to fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Work effectively within a team to meet departmental deadlines

  • Liaise with other departments to maintain consistency and quality across the organization

  • Provide cross-functional support as needed

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (Written, listening and spoken)

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Adaptable to both professional and informal work environments
