Key job responsibilities
Join us in shaping the future of satellite communications at Leo. As a Technical Program Manager on our Field Integration and Test team, you'll manage the engineering interface towards end to end field verification and Beta teams, ensuring our LEO satellite solutions perform flawlessly in real world environments. Your work will directly impact when and how customers around the world first experience Amazon Leo broadband, ensuring every product we ship meets the quality bar our customers deserve.
You'll develop issue management mechanisms connecting engineering and business teams, define KPIs that measure program health, and build reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into progress. When complex issues arise, you'll jump in to problem solve and debug alongside engineering teams, driving resolution and continuous improvement of validation processes. You'll identify opportunities to automate manual validation workflows, build AI driven reporting and triage tools, and drive adoption of these solutions across the team. Your program management expertise will shape both our current validation approach and the foundation for future Leo communication system validation processes.

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience coordinating embedded software and hardware testing programs with understanding of functional validation methodologies
- Knowledge of user experience validation and IP networking or wireless technologies testing
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and related tools- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building AI driven automation tools for testing, reporting, or triage workflows
- Experience leading large scale validation programs for telecommunications or satellite systems
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing validation efficiency within complex technical environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
