In this role you will define the strategy and deploy Point-of-Sales (POS) programs with our key partners. You will own these efforts across the different channel routes-to-market (Retailers, Carriers and Monobrand Reseller Partners), depending on top strategic priorities. As a seasoned merchandising professional with several years of experience preferably in a retail environment, the Channel Sales Programs Manager will, in close coordination with the sales teams, plan and execute the deployment, new product introduction, maintenance and interactive experience of the merchandising programs across multiple channels, ensuring quality and readiness to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The candidate will lead the the Point of Sales Operations team in Mexico, supporting sales strategies and priorities working closely with key partners such as ALAC (Latin America) Point-of-Sales Operations team, In-store Tech, local field staff and sales, reseller partners and external agencies.
